From the past Business meeting, I had brought up about having a cover dish/cookout type event for basically the membership. We thought since we do not get together much, just the membership, then we would have this event to just have a good time together. I have not heard from anyone regarding a date, so I am going to suggest one - July 30th starting at 2 PM (for socializing) and eating at 4 PM. I realize not everyone can attend, but hopefully the majority of the members can. The Auxiliary will meet July 3rd to finalize whatever needs to be. What we have discussed is that everyone bring a cover dish that they enjoy, and there should be more food then we actually need that way. One of the main reasons for doing this is so we can all get to know one another better, and to have time to play horseshoes or basketball or volleyball- to enjoy fellowship together. We very seldom get together except for events or meetings, it is time for some fun!!!

Please sign up at the station and also include how many in your party will be attending also. More info will be sent out after the Auxiliary meeting in July. Please sign up by July 15th.
