Hey everyone,

We will have our monthly meeting this coming Monday night at 7:30 PM. We will be discussing the upcoming ZCVFD Banquet. The date for the Banquet is March 24th starting at 6:30 PM. We will meet several nights before the banquet to clean the building and bays.

The dinner this time will be a covered dish type. I will place a signup sheet for everyone to list what they will be bringing. Monday night, the Aug. will discuss purchasing a ham (already cooked) and other options for the banquet. PLease attend if at all possible.

I will be getting with Ricky on the addresses of members and whoever else is to be invited. The Youth from Zion United Methodist Church will also be invited due to the wonderful assistance they were to us at Halloween. I will be making perts. for each of them to receive at the banquet.

We will be discussing about the Antique Appraisal event and the Poker Run too. WE are hoping to have these events sometime in the spring. We would like to have a Fish Fry again soon, since it went so well last year (maybe two this year).

I will try to be better on getting the notes out to you whenever meetings are completed. I know many cannot attend, and I would like to let everyone know what we are up to.

Hope to see you all there Monday night. Dress warmly since it is to be very cold!!!
